Before pickup
A five-minute checklist
Handling these ahead of time keeps the pickup short and avoids a second trip.
- Remove your license plates before the truck leaves
- Clear personal items from the glovebox, console, trunk and under the seats
- Have photo ID ready, plus the title if you have one
- Make sure the vehicle can be reached - move blocking cars and unlock gates
- Bring the keys if they still exist (not required)
